 According to Apacrealestate.com Singapore has built it's 5 largest industrial REIT (real estate investment trust) with a combined worth of $4.1Bn.

Real estate investment trusts, in my opinion are very attractive to investors because:

1.  the assets are managed
2. you are diversified through many properties and types of properties
3.  you share the risk with others
